  This Taco Bell on Lee Highway South in Troutville is possibly the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. There were so many things wrong it was pathetic. There was a puddle of drink on the floor where a customer spilled it. 2 employees standing behind the counter lazily walked back and forth looking for a mop. Finally one of them said *I have to get this customer, wait a minute and we can get it*. Referring to me. She said *Yeah, what can I get ya?*
  Just as I walked a little closer to the register ready to say my order, that employee proceeded to hock a loogie and spit it in a cup she had sitting behind the register. I told her that was disgusting and to get the floor mopped because I was leaving. The employee said *OK, whatever* and hocked another loogie and said *Sorry, I'm sick sir!* I am glad she respected me by calling me sir, but the *whatever* comment seconds before made me upset.. and whats she doing at work sick?
  I did try to call the store the next day looking for the general manager, but nobody answered no matter how many times I tried to call. The loogie-hocking employee was a shorter black girl. She is very uncouth and shouldn't hock loogies in front of customers. She also did not care in the least I was unhappy. The other employee disappeared in the back of the restaurant, i assume they were looking for a mop.
  Will never come back. They are lucky I don't report them to corporate.
