- 2 / 5By Andrew HI placed an order through the drive thru and stated I wanted a large coffee with the combo. I was asked if I wanted cream and sugar and I replied "Yes, I would like lots of cream and sugar please." The woman who took my order was pleasant but when I took a sip of my coffee it was black. I looked in the bag to see if perhaps they put creamers and sugar in the bag but unfortunately they did not. This prompted me to go inside to get creamer and sugar. Fortunately I was in no rush so I could eat inside but for someone in a hurry it definitely wouldn't have been a great way to start the day! Attention to detail people!December 27, 2016
